ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers. Your Tasks • Operating mobile applications used for internal purposes in over 6,500 stores worldwide • Project support for new mobile IT solutions in a store environment • Requirements management and optimisation of the software used • Identifying synergies for harmonising the mobile app landscape • Consulting and clarification of technical questions for Android & iOS devices • Closely cooperating with the business departments, IT departments and external partners Your Profile • University degree with a focus on information technology • Enthusiasm for mobile IT solutions and infrastructure topics • Knowledge of methods and experience in IT service or project management • Initial experience in the operation and design of mobile applications • Ideally trade/retail process knowledge • Ability to work in a team, initiative and sense of responsibility • Fluent German and English (spoken and written) language skills Our Benefits • Mobile working & flexible working hours • Great technologies • Corporate benefits • Holiday and Christmas bonus • Training & Development • Free fruit and beverages
