Please refer to the website for further information on Nido www.nidostudent.com PURPOSE OF THE ROLE • Contacts lead lists generated by marketing to identify application opportunities • Giving tours and selling rooms to prospective students and partners • Engaging with prospective customers through a variety of digital and social channels • General administrative support for the Sales Manager • Create prospect and suspect database for existing and new locations • Support during local sales events: university open days, fairs, etc. • Taking over training of the booking agents on site • Support of the sales manager in the continuous development of digital processes • Support in the preparation of all sales structures for new openings REQUIREMENTS • Previous sales experience in the sector of hospitality, Student Housing, Co-Working or Co-Living • Previous experience in a customer facing role • High level of commitment, dedication and very good communication skills • Outstanding persuasiveness, presentation and enthusiasm • Ability to work in a team and high service and customer orientation • Friendly, open, obliging and confident appearance • Strong organization and time management skills • Work location: Berlin We are looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Manager in Berlin to join our exciting Nido journey and support our growth in Germany.
