As Finance & Administration Coordinator at Hylink, you are a reliable, proactive, and forward-thinking talent that will play an supporting role in the agency’s development. Reporting directly to senior agency staff, you will be involved in a fast-paced, multi-task oriented team. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Hylink's key partners and objectives. Working Location: Munich Office Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ResponsibilitiesPreparing and coordinating financial statements, reports, memos, issuing and managing invoices, and other documents.Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation for business reviews.Helping prepare for meetings, and accurately recoding meeting minutes if necessary.Assist in team travel, vacation and expenses management, making travel arrangements for the team.Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.Provide general administrative support. Qualifications ●Proven experience as finance or accounting relevant administrative support experience.●Preferably holding Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, or studying in the field of Finance & Accounting, Business administration, Statistics, Market Research, etc. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Professional level verbal and written communications skills.●Very skilled in excel and number oriented. ●Excellent PowerPoint Slides skills to create eye-catching decks●Fluent English and German language skills in speaking and writing, native Chinese is preferred.
