Life Molecular Imaging GmbH is the German based Research & Development (R&D) organization of Life Molecular Imaging S.A. Switzerland, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliance Medical Group Limited. Our vision is to build our position as an innovator and leading player in the Molecular Imaging field. We aim to create value for patients & physicians by improving early detection and characterization of chronic and life-threatening diseases leading to better therapeutic outcomes and improved quality of life. For our international finance team, we are looking to recruit for the following full-time position in Berlin, Germany:
Junior Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead the account operation of the company including day to day accounting, reporting, forecasting, invoicing, cash management, and payroll.
• Lead and participate in the monthly accounting close ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness and compliance with group policy.
• Maintain asset registers and other transaction based specifications.
• Consolidation of the monthly results across the group of companies.
• Tax compliance including income tax, VAT and corporation tax.
• Coordination of invoicing from production units.
• Preparation of forecasts of future performance and cash flows.
• Preparation of annual budgets.
• Support the implementation of new processes and controls.
• Support the implementation of new systems.

Experience & Skills:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance or a comparable degree.
• Several years of experience in accounting.
• Working experience within the capacity of a Junior controller or similar.
• Experience in preparing reports and analysis on the performance of the business.
• Strong affinity for IT and numbers as well as structural working methods and conceptual thinking.
• Communicative team player and an independent and proactive way of working.
• Involvement in the implementation of processing and control systems in a time pressured environment.
• Experience in the application of internal control procedures and frameworks.
• Good knowledge of office programs and key user functions in SAP, Excel etc.
• Good written and oral English and German language skills
