 Qualification:
 

Basic:
 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – preferred majors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors that provide foundational knowledge in software development and testing.
 

Preferred exposure:
 

• Understanding fundamentals of software development life cycle and importance of quality management and processes

• Familiarity with programming languages or frameworks

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams

• A team player - Strong attitude towards working in a multi-cultural team set up.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills – Due to ever changing dynamics of IT industry, willingness to learn new skills to meet customer requirements

• Good understanding of general business/ industry processes is necessary – An internship or a short-term work in an industry and associated learning is preferred

• Willingness to relocate anywhere within Germany

• Fluent in German and English
