What makes our approach special are the tools we are using and our mindset: we make our projects our babies, meaning we’re taking full ownership and we are going in the lead of the process in order to ensure you the best possible outcome.It is our Mission to create an effortless digital life for people and enable the connection & coherence of humans & digital products.It is our Vision to enable others to do the same - achieving sustainable change through Mermaid process enablement.Check out some of the solutions we’ve built: Website Job: Business Development, Research & Operational Tasks.Business Development:You are a part of the sales team and your main mission is to grow our customer base.You present our company to prospects and develop new opportunities by pitching Mermaid Studios via E-Mails and calls.You identify and qualify sales opportunities.You always have an open eye and look for prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services.Research:Research key individuals and decision-makers within specific companies to identify targets.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.You are always up to date with the competition and news about the industry.Operational Tasks:Maintain and organise a pipeline for the Sales team.Reporting & documentation.Creation of sales materials: Presentations, forecasts & roadmaps.You provide general support to the Sales & Business Development team.—Your Profile:You have a university degree (or are currently studying), preferably Business, Sales/Marketing or training in Retail, B2B / B2C Sales.You speak and write German and English fluently (preferably native).
