Our client is a French company (with headquarters in Paris), awarded ‘great place to work’ as they offer a great & fun environment.They have around 230 employees and more than 10000 clients including BMW, Zalando, Bayer, Coca Cola, Allianz, Danone. They have an office in Munich and in Cologne. They offer a unique recruitment platform dedicated to help students, universities and companies. Their concept is very successful as innovative and unique (and very helpful). They are looking for 2 Business Developer in charge of their german markets which is their main focus. Missions: - Contacting (rather large) companies in Germany to promote the platform and explain all the benefits.- Selling recruitment solutions to improve their employers' branding (employer page, job adverts, CV database licence, videos).- Video call or Face to face meetings with them to explain their service and how they are unique and useful- Negotiation- Closing deals and follow ups. We are looking for a German/English speaking candidates with sales mentality but also someone with a positive and friendly personality as everybody in the company is very engaged and proud to be part of a company dedicated to help. Attractive salary package depending on experience (including basic and commissions) + company car. Permanent contract to start as soon as you can.
