Junior Manager Reputation Strategy & Analytics (m/f/d) in Group Communications and Reputation (limited to: 2 years) Job Purpose/Role As Group Communications and Reputation (GCORE), our mission is to win hearts and minds of our customers and employees. Reputation Strategy and Analytics is a department within the Group Communications and Reputation (GCORE) division at Allianz SE. The department focuses on managing reputation, providing a platform for systematic communication planning, execution and measurement of communication performance, combined with social listening and media analysis. As Junior Manager Reputation Strategy & Analytics you will be supporting the team in further shaping Allianz's reputation with key stakeholder groups by managing state-of-the-art listening and measurement tools to understand reputation, key drivers and expectations, deriving insights from it and enabling communicators and other internal stakeholders to make data-based decisions. In addition, you will be supporting with traditional and social media monitoring and analytics to evaluate external communications activities and identify relevant trends. Key Responsibilities Reputation Strategy: Perform reputation measurements in six core markets of Allianz, including research set-up, quality assurance, process management and internal cooperation Identify and address reputation issues and unmet expectations of different stakeholders before they become severe/ critical by constantly monitoring stakeholder communications and expectations using state-of-the-art listening tools Responsible for building and managing an internal community on Allianz Group's social intranet Support our flagship operating entities in gaining diverse insights from the reputation analyses Identify internationally relevant trends and topics and derive actionable insights for creating content on Allianz’s internal and external communication channels Media Monitoring and Analytics: Manage Allianz Group’s daily news media review and news agency monitoring, including quality assurance, subscription management, process management, project controlling, provider management and internal cooperation (in weekly alternation) Manage projects to introduce new technical platforms, media analysis or monitoring tools Support in providing media analyses and media research, write briefings for communications managers to encourage a holistic perception of the Allianz media performance, as well as stakeholder perception Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks ( invoicing) Bring in your own ideas for new news products, innovations and improvements Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Qualification University degree in communications, media or social science, or proven statistical, analytical or economic background First practical working experiences in the fields of media research, market research, data analytics and/or communications, project management a strong plus Very good IT skills, proven interest in working with web-based analysis tools, search and databases, enjoying new technologies Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required; German or another European language an asset. Experience & Key skills Strong ability to think and act independently and to quickly adapt to new challenges and situations Proactive, flexible and energetic team player with a strong personal interest in innovative digital tools and methods Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Additional knowledge (content management systems, SEO, social media monitoring tools) is a plus Depending on the projects you will support, different skillsets can be an asset: Strong data management and analytical skills Ability to write engaging stories and articles to promote more of our work First experience with developing and delivering trainings Additional Information Senior Recruiter: Ms. Daniela Lindig Phone: / Please submit your applications only via our online tool.
