Global Product Line Manager (m/f/d)
Waterproofing

Your challenge

• You will be responsible for the global development of existing and new global product systems, taking into account technical, commercial and marketing aspects.
• As basis for the definition of go-to-market strategies and make-or-buy decisions, you will assess competitor products, carry out sourcing and price analyses as well as profitability calculations.
• Besides the definition of sales and product strategies, you will also develop blueprints for the development of standard productions and define marketing tools.
• To support international projects, you will provide technical advice and coordinate international complaints.
• Additionally, you will develop, organize and conduct international training courses in German HQ as well as in relevant countries.
• In order to fulfill the tasks you will work closely with our global R&D, production, marketing and other subsidiaries of the MC group.

Your profile

• A successfully completed commercial or technical degree
• Must have working experience and knowledge of the waterproofing technologies and players of membrane, liquid applied membranes, mineral & bituminous waterproofing, preferably outside of (Western) Europe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German optional
• Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PPT
• Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• Open-minded and committed personality with a passion for teamwork
