Window Dresser Supervisor (m/w/d) GERMANY in Köln at MANGO

For our MANGO stores in GERMANY we are currently recruiting for a full-time Window Dresser Supervisor to join our team. German and English language are compulsory.

You will be responsible for the decoration of store windows in line with the MANGO company guidelines and specifications, and supervising a team of Window Dressers across the country.

The aim is to ensure perfect image standards by adapting and reacting to the sales results in order to increase the commerciality of the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of window dressers, setting priorities, action plans and following up visits
• To communicate to the team the concept and the Window display seasonal guidelines through seasonal meetings and trainings
• To regularly travel to stores within the region to keep all stores up to date and on-trend
• To be aware of competitors’ strategies and provide new ideas to window dressing department
• To implement window displays based on commercial needs as well as aesthetic values and company guidelines, maximising sales
• To ensure that windows under your responsibility have the highest possible visual standard
• To organise and address all matters related to the windows

You are results driven and sales focused with solid visual merchandising/window dressing experience within a fashion environment. You are passionate and highly interested in fashion, have great communication skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

You work well under pressure, prioritising and adapting in order to meet strict guidelines.
