You will help German travelers easily research and book their trips. Join an international team and work with people from all over the world!

✨ Your profile

- You are proficient in German.

- Fluent in English (B2).

- Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains).

- Available to work on the project between 7h00 and 21h00 (possibly on weekends).

- Knowledge of MS Office and common internet applications.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.



✅ Your responsibilities

- Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings.

- Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings.

- Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns.

- Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network.
