✅ Your Profile:

- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken) 

- You have excellent communication skills

- You are open to learn everything about customer care

- You are able to work 40 hours a week in rotating shifts 

- You are happy to live in Lisbon

- Some experience in a call centre is nice to have, but not mandatory

 

❤ Your Responsibilities:

- You will professionally answer to customers’ questions and concerns 

- You will surprise your customers and exceeded the customer’s expectations with your knowledge about their requirements

- You will identify, analyse and solve technical problems of customers

- You will keep yourself updated about the company’s products and services
