- Proficient German skills (C2)

- Advanced English skills (minimum C1) both verbal and written

- Solid communication skills – including excellent telephonic conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities

- Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with acute attention to detail

- A willingness to learn and progress, be an inquisitive investigator and problem solver

- High-speed internet connection and suitable conditions for remote work

- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal

 

✅ Your day-to-day

- Providing solutions to customers who require assistance with financial and credit card services

- Delivering customer service through telephonic communication

- Augmenting customer experience by attentively listening to their requirements and worries, striving for first call resolution whenever feasible

- Establishing substantial relationships, addressing customers' queries in a polite, affable, and proficient manner

- Meeting and surpassing quality objectives, compliance rules, and productivity targets
