We're seeking a Head of / Team Lead to lead Sales Strategy & Operations for AUTO1 Group's B2B business. This strategic role is critical in supporting our ambitious growth targets (+750K units in 2025) by owning performance planning, forecasting, target setting, sales enablement, and operational execution across 10+ European markets.
This is a step-up role: not just managing OKRs, but defining them. You'll shape the long-term sales strategy while bringing operational excellence to the day-to-day. You'll partner with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BI, Product, and Tech to drive scalable and intelligent growth
