Internship in Mainz
We are ML Components, an international distributor of obsolete or hard-to-find electronic components and we are looking for students to join our company for an internship in our offices in Mainz, Germany and in Malta during at least 4 weeks. There are available intern positions in 7 departments : Sales, Purchasing, IT, Accounting, HR, Marketing and Customer Care.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT
BD Electronics is a subsidiary of German Electronic Distributor, ML Components. The main company is based in Germany (Mainz). Our Sales department is multilingual with over 10 languages being spoken daily. The team at BD Electronics prides itself on its sourcing ability of electronic components. We have direct contact with over 700 recognized EC vendors worldwide. Additionally, BD Electronics has "hidden OEM Excess Stock" from 100's of OEMs globally. This all means did we have the ability to place Components did other electronic distributors do not.
Was wir bieten:
- Locating products
- Negotiating pricing, recognizing market trends and in-demand items
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with Vendor Reps.
- Internally with the Sales Department and externally with Vendor Reps. Applicant should be with others, and must be detailed
Was wir erwarten:
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science or Economics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade
- No former experience
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good level in English
- Good communication / negotiation skills and teamwork
- A positive attitude
- Chinese long life is an advantage
