Junior sales support (m/w/d) (Germany)
You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the customer service area. This is a junior position well-suited for a student, as it is part-time. For this role, fluency in verbal and written German is a must.
Was du machen wirst:

Help customers with password resets and translations of templates

Create new content like guides, short videos, or improve/ update the FAQ

Create new accounts

Monitor the demo signup process

Create content for email workflows for customers

Set up open webinar registration on the Website

Help with checking translations for KideScience and other services
