Customer Care Agent (f/m/x) in English and French (E-mails only)

Our client is changing the way we travel across Europe. On their platform (mobile, app or desktop) you can compare and book trains, buses and flights to anywhere in Europe. By offering transparent pricing and easy booking, our client makes travel planning simple and flexible. In order to improve the customer experience we are searching for a smart and well organised Customer Care Agent (f/m/x) on short-term basis with exceptional English and French language skills.

What are you going to do:

Your role as Customer Care Agent (f/m/x) includes:

  • Answering travellers' inquiries related to their travel plans (e.g. questions about payments and modifying bookings, handling requests and complaints)
  • Communication with customers though E-mails only! 
  • Deliver and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction

  • Enrolled in a state-recognized university
  • No minimum education required
  • Written English and French skills on a native level is essential; additional languages are always valued
  • Well organised with a constant drive to optimise processes
  • Superior communication and problem solving skill
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus
